We have learned over the years helping Chambers of Commerce grow and retain membership that the most important thing you can do to grow your Chamber is to educate every non-member business on what it means to become a Chamber member. In order to do this properly, you need to track each step in that education process. Once the prospect check list is completed it is time to connect with them about joining the Chamber.
