MMS System Updates May - October 2025

Here are the latest system updates between May - October 2025

• Added an option to allow for directly assigning G/L Accounts and Classes to Credit Memos.
• Added a new setting to put term dates on member dues receipts.
• Added a report to allow for admins to see dropped members with auto-pay.
• Added a feature for notifying admins when a new member pays after they've joined.
• Donations: 'Occupation' and 'Company' fields have been added to the new donations page.
• Added replacement keys for 'Position' and 'Occupation' to the donation letter PDF.
• Call for Proposals: Added a Mass Send Proposal Finalization Emails for Revise/Reservation.
• Gift Membership: Gift Code redeem links will auto include the code.
• Mobile App: Added toggleable "Favorite" star icons to the general itinerary for events.
• Broadcast Email: Templates now display preview thumbnails.
• Added a recipient filter for event registration attendees marked as "attended".
• Added a CSV export to the monthly stats report.
• Projects/Committees: Module has been renamed to "Communities" (admins can still change the name in the configuration options if they would like to).
• Elections: Added an option to check past due invoices only for members.
• System: Various icons have had an update to their appearance in the system.

• Broadcast Email
• Thumbnails are now viewable for sent messages.
• Allow partial admins with both Broadcast & Member Database permissions to access the bounce list and make record adjustments.
• File Archive
• Sub-categories in the drag-and-drop version of the admin area are now collapsible.
• System
• Icon images have been updated throughout the system.
• Push Notifications
• Now allows scheduling on the minute.
• Member Database
• When admins add a new record, it will adhere to the "default checked" setting for the prospect and email lists options.

• Classified Ads
• New 'moreinfo' page displays images and details.
• Broadcast Email
• Now sorts Member Plan dropdown and marks full plans with asterisks (*), for consistency with member database.
• Surveys
• Added a note to surveys to indicate sending to event attendees should use event surveys instead of general surveys.
• Call for Proposals
• RFP confirmation email will exclude blank contact info fields from proposal.
• System does not send screening/scoring/confirmation emails if admin is making edits to an RFP submission.
• Mobile App
• Added 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) support for admins.
• Image Manager
• Added a mass upload option.

• Photo Album
• Mass-Upload and Mass-Approval option for member photo submissions have been added.
• Broadcast Email
• Added 'Display by Category' dropdown option.
• Custom Reports
• Added the 'Reinstate Date' field to the Custom Reports filters.

• Photo Album

• Now remembers expanded category and re-expands on load of the page.
• Admin Reports
• Admins now have a report to view their active user count, called 'Active Users Report'.

• Classified Ads:
• Modified Hybrid Classified Ads categories to have section (job vs. ad)
• Use alternate title configuration option for "Submit a Classified Ad"
• SCORM:
• Added a feature to the SCORM course report that allows you to void out member attempts
• Custom Reports:
• Added new Custom Report fields "# Events Registered Past 12 months" and "Events Registered"
• Renamed "Events Attended - Semicolon Seperated List" in the Custom Reports module to "Events Attended", also renamed "EVents Attended Past 12 Months" to "# Events Attended Past 12 Months"

• Elections:
• Added option to restrict a single parent/child record vote.
• Member Database:
• Subgroup member list is now sortable and searchable.
• Call for Proposals:
• Now added a weighted scoring option.
• Slideshow Manager:
• Made the image cropper responsive.
• Member Billing:
• Restrict auto-renewal emails by plan.
• Added Member Type to auto-pay transaction CSV to admins.
• Broadcast Message:
• Updated the spam analysis to utilize AI for spam checks instead of just Spam Assassin.
• SCORM Module:
• Allow users to purchase multiple bundles and allocate those to their cross-referenced members.

• Event Registration:
• Option for "View Current Attendees" page is available, but not available during registration for the event.
• SCORM:
• Now allows admins to designate tax rates for courses.
• File Archive:
• Added an "Advanced Search" option, if enabled for public visitors; admins can adjust the search so it can restrict by member/public view.
• Member Database:
• Now will migrate Gift Membership purchases and redemptions during member merge.
• Custom Reports:
• Now in the Custom Reports menu the search bar will save what was tyuped in the bar even if leaving the page and returning later.
• Call for Proposals:
• Alternate title for main email in RFP has been added.
