Becoming a Marketing Partner with the CHAMP Plan


Thank you for listening to the Presentation on how your chamber can add a new revenue stream at a $0 set up fee and provides tremendous benefits to your current and new members and their employees. The information we will need to get all the marketing materials and portal access in place and documents signed via Docusign are the following:

-Your full email. If you want to create a dedicated email just for CHAMP interest, that's up to you.

-Name - do you want this under your name or run this through the name of the Chamber?

-Phone number.

-And what landing page do you want businesses going to? Unless specifically changed, by default, it will be:  https://torch.champplan.com/info/YOURCHAMBERNAME

-Please send a high quality image of your Chamber Logo for Marketing Materials


The Docusign will include:

The marketing agreement (your $2 PEPM) and that will also provide you portal access. 

An ACH form 

A w9 form.
