We’ve noticed an increasing interest among our customers in creating their own LEADS GROUPS. By leveraging the Chamber Social Network technology, along with exciting new enhancements and our updated Communities infrastructure, you can now generate as many private leads groups as you desire. Below you will find two images that show you how to activate this new service in your Chamber.
A leads group (also called a referral group or networking group) is a structured gathering of business professionals who meet regularly with the goal of generating new business for each other through referrals.
What Happens in a Leads Group?
- One member per industry: Each group usually allows only one person per business category (e.g., one real estate agent, one accountant) to avoid internal competition.
- Weekly or monthly meetings: Members meet on a consistent schedule, often early in the day.
- Referral sharing: Members actively refer business to each other and track the value of those leads.
- Relationship building: Over time, trust builds between members, leading to more frequent and higher-quality referrals.
- Accountability: Members are often expected to attend regularly, bring referrals, and report results.

MMS CONFIGURATION > CHECK THE "PRIVATE SN FOR COMMUNITIES OPTION"

When you go into your COMMUNITIES area you will have the option to create a new community with the social network attached to use as a private leads group. Just be sure you check the "Enable Social Network for this community.
