Here is how to Activate your Member Rep Assignment and Management System

First Step
is to submit a support ticket or use CHAT to tell us that you would like the MEMBER REP system activated for your organization.
Second Step
is to go into your MMS configuration area and select CRM Configuration. Under General
click the Grant CRM Access to Member Reps.
Third Step
is to open each member record that is going to become a Member Rep and make them a Member Rep.
Fourth Step
is to have the Member Rep log in to the system and click on new link they will see in their members area called CRM MEMBER REP. Now they can record their member connections within the Member Tracker
system.
Now you will have a full accounting of all member touches and are able to monitor and be sure that your Member Reps are indeed communicating with members. As always let us know if you need our assistance.
