Good Morning Richard,
I have been working on an idea to help members use the website and app more and I came up with a business card that we are now sending out as part of our retention program. The idea is that they could have this card posted on their computer, desk or anywhere visible. The number one thing I hear from members as to why they did not use the website, is that they don’t know the login and password and could I resend it. I wanted to share this with you to pass on if you think it might be of worth to other chambers. See below:
