REGARDLESS OF THE LOCAL EMAIL SYSTEM, YOU MAY USE IE. MICROSOFT Outlook, Etc... IF YOU want it to update your member CRM record in Chamber nation automatically, IT'S Here AND ready to go!
AUTOCRM
General Idea
As an additional feature to the CRM, AutoCRM allows a user to make a quick record in the CRM of their day-to-day emails to prospects and members. This is done by bcc-ing the autocrm@systemdomain.com address (where "systemdomain.com" is the native domain name of the system that you are operating within). Support will be happy to help you with this.
Configuration
If an email is bcc'd to autocrm@, it will need to match with 1 database record only on the from address (the association rep) and 1 database record only on the to address (the member or prospect being communicated with). If there is not a match, an error message will be returned to you via email.
Error Report
In the configuration area, there is a link to an error report. In case you are having difficulty using the system... this will show the errors that are logged, when an email is set to autocrm@

- Find the Auto CRM Settings
- Enter the emails to accept from, and enter the email addresses of the association rep(s) who will be using AutoCRM. This will limit usage to only emails with a from address matching these.

We're heading to New Orleans! Our team will be at the ACCE Convention, July 20-22, and we're bringing MMS 2.0 and Pippily along with us. If you're a chamber or association manager, this is your sign to come say hi. We build for one reason: Building Stronger Chambers. Powering Stronger Communities. We exist to make your day-to-day easier, whether that's managing member renewals, tracking engagement, or showing your board the value you're creating. We'd love to show you what's new. Leading the charge for us on the ground is Pria Vijayaratnam, our Director for Enterprise Growth. Here's a note from her: Whether you're a longtime Chamber Nation member, exploring MMS 2.0, or just curious about what Pippily can do for your chamber's member engagement, I'd be happy to walk you through what's new — no slides, no pressure, just a real conversation. If you're planning to be at ACCE, I'd love to set aside 20–30 minutes to meet one-on-one. — Pria Vijayaratnam, Director of Enterprise Growth So if you'll be at ACCE26, find us. Say hello — we'd genuinely love to meet you and talk about how we can support what you're building. See you in New Orleans!
