Five chamber membership sales pros share their approaches and activities

We think you will find this information a valuable resource in building your sales funnel.

In membership sales, building a sales funnel is what brainstorming is for writers. Just as writers narrow down wide-ranging ideas into focus, a sales funnel attracts a broad group of prospects and then engages and converts the most promising leads into members.

Although approaches vary, building a sales funnel typically consists of several key stages: awareness, interest, consideration, action/decision and retention. A successful sales journey requires time, attention and nurturing.

ACCE spoke with five chamber membership sales professionals, who shared their approaches and various activities within each stage.
