System Changes/Improvements for Week of 10 Nov 2023

• Broadcast Email:
  
• Adjusted design of recipient selection step to highlight certain aspects.
• Silent Auctions:
• Increased Character limit of email field.
• New Member Registration:
• Added a configuration option to remove subgroup fields from NMR.
• Gift Membership:
• Added new module Gift Membership, if interested in this please reach out to support to see about having it enabled.
• Event Registration:
• Add protections to button to mass create prospects from unmatched attendees to prevent users from mashing it repeatedly.
• Added per-event option to restrict which member types are available to sign up for as a member through events.
• Added option to event landing page to 'pass through' and immediately click register button when page is loaded.

System Changes/Improvements for week of 27 October 2023

• Custom Reports:
• Made the "Use preferred address" filter apply to all address fields, not just city and state.
• Event Registration:
• Added option to combine multiple events into a single attendee list.
• Added option to manually specify a date for a reminder to be sent out.
• Calendar:
• Added option to remove org email from pdf export of calendar events.
• Donations:
• Added links on the Donations admin page, linking to each individual member's billing page.
• New Member Registration:
• Prevent multiple "New Member Notifications" being sent from the same invoice.
• Mobile App:
• File Archive now displays files within categories that also contain subcategories.
• Member Vehicles:
• Don't show categories on report if categories are not enabled in configuration.

System Changes/Improvements for Week of 1 Dec 2023

• Call For Proposals:
• Added a Proposal Report for types/topics.
• Online Store:
• Added a new column for per-item subtotal to the items in the CSV export.
• Added auditing to store global configuration, product setup.
• Projects & Committees:
• Added an option to copy tasks.
• Task emails now include the organization header/footer (if set).
• Task emails use Contact Email as reply-to, rather than Sender, to prevent delivery failure.
• Member Match-Merge:
• Added an option to filter duplicates by the date a record was added.
• Member Database:
• When the masquerade feature is enabled, it now appears for full admins in the Functions popup of the member database.
• Member Directory:
• Added a warning message to the Directory configuration area if major customizations are present that may affect/override configuration options.

System Changes/Improvements for week of 26 Jan 2024

• Donations:
• Modules main page has received an updated appearance.
• Member Database:
• The partial admin permission "Member Database Read-Only", is now available to assign.
• Reports:
• Mailing labeles will no longer include country if the field is hidden.
• New Member Registration:
• Added 3 Character Dropdown for employers field.
• Call for Proposals:
• Added proposal specific option to Show Proposal Status to submitters.
• Event Registration:
• Added global option to require 'add to calendar verbiage' for all events.

System Changes/Improvements for week of 9 Feb 2024

• Projects/Committees:
• Added ability to toggle "on/off" profile pictures on the public participants list for committees.
• Content manager pagers that are editable by Project and Committee chairs will not show up in the project area for non-chairs.
• Mobile App:
• Event Survey statistics are now hidden from non-admin users.
• Forms Builder:
• Recaptcha now stricter to help prevent bots.
• Call For Proposals:
• Inline Edit has been added for Name / Date / Time fields when looking at a session.
• Event Registration:
• Added replacement key in attendee messenger for filled specific CEUs.  Each field type will have a separate key and it will represent the total of that type they have earned for events.
• Moved option to restrict packages by member type to a checkbox during setup.
• Added ability to mobile app attendee portal for attendee to edit limited registration information (any $ amounts are locked but they can change free packages and fields).
• Added option to event packages to restrict the amount of booths that can be added with selected packages.
• Changed abandoned registrations report to default sort by newest registration date.
