System Changes/Improvements for Week of 22 June 2023

Broadcast Email:

• Duplicates will now be recognized when adding recipients using the Certificates filter.
• CRM:Added a feature to the Contacts Report to let people "only show referrals", and filter by referral name or number.
• Call For Proposals:Added merge tag in Proposals for Proposal Topic.
• Custom Reports:Added sorting by Reinstate Date for Custom Reports.
• Member Billing:Added Payment Method filter for Payments Only; Invoice Numbers with a Payment Grand Total to Combined Reporting.

System Changes/Improvements for week of 16 June 2023

Custom Reports:

• Using "Referred By" verbiage variable, it will show whatever is in the "Other" field, if the member chose "Referred By - Other".
• Added "Creation Date" column to the custom reports page.
• Forms Builder:Emails sent from this module are now responsive and include logo (if specified).
• File uploads can be viewed by admins on form response edit page when a form has been submitted already.

System Changes/Improvements for week of 9 June 2023

Mobile App:

• New Android apps will work with Android 13 (newest version).
• Member Database:Width of username field has been increased, and links have been moved below the field.
• Broadcast Email:Duplicates will now be detected regardless of capitalization when adding recipients using the "By Email" option.
• Custom Reports:Added more verbiage variables for the custom PDF feature in the Custom Reports module.
• Can now change the column order in Custom Reports when choosing the "Selected Fields Only" report type.
• Added option to search for "No Birth Date" on record.
• Call for Proposals:For emails, added option to send email to all Final Statuses except rejected.
• New Member Registration:Add-on verbiage will swap based on the member type.

• Added filter "Joined This Many Days Ago or Less".
• Broadcast Text:When sending a message, the module will now attempt to determine the local time of US recipients, to ensure compliance with TCPA's business hour regulations.
• Projects/Committees:If this module has an alternate title, it will be used on the member database tabbed view.
• Custom Members Area:Two additional staging areas have been added.
• Member Billing:Membership Billing Payment Export now will distinguish between PayPal Payments & Credit Card Payments.
• Added Emails to monthly board member report export for organizations that have their members set to Businesses.
• Member type terms are now better distinguished when using discount codes.
• Member Database:Member Plan change dropdown menu is now ordered to their order in configuration.
• Online Store:Added functionality to pay for items in the online store with tokens, these tokens can be purchased within the store and now also used to pay for items if they are enabled for it.
• Event Registration:Added column to attendee summary report for join date.

• Account Admins are restricted to adding members from specific plans when adding new members to their account.
• Custom Reports:Added a new section to the output style selection page, called "Functions". Only option currently is the opt in members to a message board.
• Broadcast Email:Advanced templates will now be auto-saved every 60 seconds during editing, and the past 10 versions that were manually-saved can now be reviewed and restored.
• Mobile App:The information displayed by the mobile app's event attendee list is now consistent with that shown in the website version of the attendee portal.
• Links included in the description and detail fields of Calendar entries will no longer be displayed as buttons.
• Online Learning:Added custom reports output option for LMS member card.
• Built new function to export member card file for use as email attachments or otherwise.
• Event Registration:Added member type option to authorized email domains setup.
• Prevented donation fields from being used when tax rates are active and vice-versa.
• Allow admins to override parent package settings when editing registrations.

• Online Store:Built new receipt pdf to show payments made on an order, can currently be accessed via transactions report.
• Event Registration:Added a new option for packages to limit by discount codes. If enabled one of the selected discount codes must be entered for the package to display as an option.
• Added registration date to top of receipt pdf.

• Admins can now choose a campaign when creating a donation invoice.

• Added a profile photo upload.
• Donations:FluidPay has been implemented in the new Donations module.
• Custom Reports:Added date filters for certification awarded date.
• Member Billing:Added a new feature, Non-Dues Payment Notification Emails
• Allows for multiple emails to be used (up to 255 characters)
• Will display each item (along with a quantity) towards the bottom of the email
• Will show whether or not the invoice was paid in full
• Will show the address from the profile that is set as the 'Mailing' address
• Photo Album:A new Gallery version is available, and the configuration options have been clarified.
• Event Registration:Added a new option for a second custom tab title and text to the attendee portal.

• Uploads now allowed to be above 200 MB.
• Photo Gallery:Updates made to the mobile app version to bring it more inline with the web version.
• Albums marked as member-only are now only visible when a member is logged in to the app.
• Admins can choose to display only specified album(s) in the mobile app.
• Member-specific albums can only be uploaded to by the owner.
• Uploaded images now adhere to the upload size specified in Configuration -> Photo Albums.
• Event Registration:Added address2 field for attendees to table report.
• Message Boards:Added link to go directly to topic page in opt in email for non-listserv enabled boards.
• Added protections to prevent topics and posts from sending out multiple opt in emails.

• To prevent delivery issues due to message size, images larger than 3MB will no longer be embedded in the body of basic messages.
• Member Billing:Let people see who voided a payment, by clicking "(voided)" beside the payment.
• Event Registration:Hide discount code field if codes exist but overall option is disabled.
• Message Boards:Added more conditions to auto responder filtering.
