Upon joining Chamber Nation, your organization is partnered with a Documentation Assistant.  Your DA will be with you every step of the way from onboarding through discovery, setup, launch, and communication.  We understand how to roll new programs out into a business community and have a dedicated group of professionals who make that their primary goal.  Your Documentation Assistant ensures that implementation is a monumental success in your community so that you can continue focusing on growing your organization.

MEMBER ASSISTANTS
Member Assistants are dedicated DocuTeam staff who provide exceptional service to your members at no additional cost to them or to your organization. The DocuTeam staff's primary goal is to onboard your members by researching their business, building their online and mobile presence in your organization and walking them through the amazing services they have through their Chamber of Commerce.

The DocuTeam often helps build their digital displays, which means "documenting" their products and services to make them searchable both online and on moble technologies.  Examples of how the DocuTeam supports your members on your behalf include updating member mobile apps, changing their texting keyword, updating their profile pages, or helping them with customer testimonial approval and management.   

Your members will contact our DocuTeam for support and we will help them as an extension of your Chamber team to drive their success.

MEMBER CLASSES

​The Chamber Nation team is always looking for ways to help you engage your members, while helping them gain success from their membership.  We host member classes that represent your organization and provide your members using the tools they have at their fingertips thanks to your organization and the support they want to help them promote their business as the leaders they are. 

These classes include a variety of topics from gaining the most from their online and mobile presence to marketing techniques and solutions.  Our goal in every hosted class is to educate your members on the powerful tools they have as a member of your organization.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
We take the quality of our services seriously from the initial research and development of each organization, to how we deliver each new member build-out during onboarding.

From your membership database you are notified when the build out is complete for your members, so you will always know where your members are in the process during onboarding.  You are provided the link to your members setup to see your member's new presence including their member marketing landing page (profile), product and or services catalog (displays), mobile app, custom texting keyword, and more.

Upon review of the work, you are ready to send your new member an "Onboarding Notification," which includes a link to all of their new marketing pages.  The notification also welcomes them to connect directly with their DocuTeam Member Assistant for any changes or even just to schedule a tour of this amazing system.   

Our DocuTeam is always here for them.  This service does not expire and they are just as important to us on any day they need us as they are the day you welcomed them to your Chamber.  Your members can reach their Member Assistant any time at:  www.MemberAssistant.com
