Support for Kyle Sexton's 8 step email follow-up for increasing Your renewal rates

Recently Chamber Nation attended the Arizona ACE Chamber Conference where Kyle Sexton offered his insight on many areas relating to the Chamber of Commerce. One of those ideas was about how to implement an 8 step program for improved renewal rates. Once he finished speaking a customer approached us about launching this at their own Chamber.

After checking with the team in engineering, we learned that this support had already been built and here is how you can implement this at your Chamber.

USING CRM SYSTEM TICKLER SERIES (easier process):

  1. GO TO CONFIGURATION
  2. LEFT SIDE CLICK ON CRM SYSTEM
  3. CLICK ON TICKLER SERIES AND CHOOSE YOUR MAIN ADMIN FOR TICKLER SERIES DEFAULT USER
  4. CLICK TO EDIT TICKLER SERIES
  5. ADD NEW SERIES
  6. CHOOSE PRE-EXPIRATION TRIGGER AND CHOOSE DAYS BEFORE MEMBERSHIP EXPIRATION FOR FIRST EMAIL (60 DAYS FOR EXAMPLE)
  7. REPEAT PROCESS FOR FEWER DAYS (MAYBE 45, ETC.)

YOU CAN FOLLOW KYLE'S EXACT SUGGESTIONS AND HAVE THIS PROCESS ALL READY TO GO FROM TODAY ONWARDS TO HELP IMPROVE RETENTION RATES.

ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS (STILL WORKS TOO):

You can use the renewal notification program and time the messages based on the effective date. You will have to create the messages first before we enable this feature for you. Please see attached screenshot on how it would look for your reference.

To add the messages, you will go to

  1. Admin Menu >
  2. MMS Configuration Menu >
  3. Invoice/Billing Verbiage >
  4. Renewal Notification Program >
  5. Add New Message in MMS Configuration Menu

If you want an email going out 60 days before the effective date, you put 60 in the days out field. If you want one 30 days after the effective date, you put -30.

As usual if you would like our help please let us know through the ticketing system... we are happy to help!
