Hello Customers,

Data Center Engineers will be performing maintenance that requires relocating a subset of parent nodes within our DC3 data center in Lansing, Michigan, and the maintenance will include a parent node that hosts one of your services. This maintenance will affect the following services on your account during the window that begins on the date indicated:

11.14.23: 

The (4) hour maintenance windows are scheduled across (4) consecutive days. Here is the complete schedule:

Monday, November 13th 11:00pm ET through Tuesday, November 14th 3:00am ET.
Tuesday, November 14th 11:00pm ET through Wednesday, November 15th 3:00am ET.
Wednesday, November 15th 11:00pm ET through Thursday, November 16th 3:00am ET
Thursday, November 16th 11:00pm ET through Friday, November 17th 3:00am ET

There is an expected service interruption of 60 minutes per server for this maintenance while Engineers gracefully shutdown, move the server, and bring it back online. No further changes are required by your team to bring the service back online.
