Introducing Our Upgraded Help Desk: Enhanced Support and Improved Knowledge Base Access!

We are pleased to announce that our support team is diligently developing a state-of-the-art help desk system aimed at catering to the needs of both system administrators and members. This exciting upgrade represents our commitment to delivering an enhanced customer experience. We are focused on providing improved accessibility to an enriched knowledge base equipped with advanced search tools.
To facilitate your interaction with our system, we have introduced a new button at the top of your management interface. This button grants you access to two convenient support ticket options. The first option, labeled FREE ADMIN SUPPORT, is designed to address general inquiries and provide assistance. The second option will continue to utilize our existing system but will be exclusively dedicated to PAID ENGINEERING SERVICES. This option offers specialized assistance for specific technical needs. It is important to note that we will be utilizing the second option to handle some of your admin level requests at no cost to you. The implementation of our new help desk system will not only enhance our knowledge base but also enable us to respond more effectively with comprehensive information. Additionally, it will improve our overall support process management.
We are excited about the positive impact this upgrade will have on our services, and we are committed to continually improving our support capabilities to meet your evolving needs.
