We now offer X-RefERENCE option in the pdf letter mail merge area
In Custom Reports, if you choose the document type "Letter (pdf), (last screen)" there is now a new verbiage variable available for use:
##xrefs_more_info##
It will include the cross-reference's name, employer, email, phone, and address all in this single variable.
