System Changes/Improvements for Week of 18 November

Member Billing:

• Added optional credit card surcharge for QB Payments
• Member Database: Added new member registration Membership Add-Ones Verbiage by member type
• Added alphabetical ordering to subgroups member list
• During new member registration, when entering an existing email the prospect will be sent a join link
• Surveys: .CSV was updated to prevent more "bad characters" from getting through
• Content Manager: Added a new member map Grid Page Editor (GPE) widget
• Mobile App: Updated the look of the mobile app's event attendee list
• Custom Reports: Added "Creation Date of Online Member Record" in custom reports
• Online Learning: Added option for admins to manually add course attempts for members
• Added option to award specific certifications from courses based upon member type
• Added a global config option to enable confirmation page before course purchase
• Course Edit page has been changed from a dropdown field to radio buttons
• Event Registration: Added member dues columns and counts to event registration payment status report
• Added auditing to event registration reminders
• Changed the message border in event registration emails to respect broadcast email config field for border color
• Message Boards: Added option to lock individual message boards from receiving new posts and/or topics but will still be viewable
• Added option for moderators to lock individual topics on message boards and prevent new replies

System Changes/Improvements for week of 3 Nov

Donations:

• Phone number formatting in donations will now match member settings
• Resource Reservations: Calendar view was updated and several new options such as including an admin email notification and availability restrictions were added
• Silent Auctions: Added a configuration option to allow admins to view bids and bidders before the auction is over
• Photo Album: Added link to admin area and to System Links' Common Public Pages section
• File Archive: Added URL link to public page when editing the category
• Call For Proposals: Custom fields are sortable by drag and drop
• Member Billing: Added PO Numbers to the 'Invoice Report by Date'
• Online Learning: Added option to delete/remove course attempts in the 'Completed Attempts' report
• Added new course pricing options to allow for separate pricing based on member type, certification, event registrations registered for, and event reg packages
• The cost is determined by the areas that the attendee has matching conditions of that the admin can set up to reduce the overall cost
• Event Registration: Added timezone display on event registration landing page after event time

System Changes/Improvements for week of Oct. 20 2022

• Member Billing
• Added more info into the Paid Thru with Member Info report
• Broadcast Messaging
• Show message if no eligible members exist for the Pick-and-Choose recipient selection method
• Custom Reports
• If document type "Letter (PDF)" is chosen, there is now a new verbiage variable available to put into the PDF "##xrefs_more_info##"
• This will include the cross-reference's name, employer, email, phone, and address
• Custom Members Menu
• Added an LMS course progress report to the "My Membership" section
• Online Learning
• Added option to Courses to enable and/or force retakes on individual tests
• Event Registration
• Added a new config option for an alternate version of the transcripts as well as an option to make the transcripts in landscape mode
• Alt version allows for more credit fields to be visible than the standard version
• Calendar of Events
• Added new custom calendar more info page
• New 'enable image' field
• Online Store
• Added phone number field to csv exports
