Chamber Nation's Event Registration feature includes robust tools for monitoring attendee participation at your events, both in-person and virtual.
Event Mobile App Check-In Features
- Admin Check-In: Administrators can use the mobile app to scan attendees' QR codes from event registration emails or name badges. This allows for seamless check-in to the overall event and individual sessions, enabling accurate attendance tracking.
- Attendee Self-Check-In: Members can log into the mobile app to scan QR codes for event entry and session attendance, empowering them to manage their own event participation.
Built-in Event Registration Attendance Tracking
Admins can access attendee lists via computer, laptop, or tablet to check attendees in without using the mobile app. This feature includes:
- Manual Check-In: Admins can manually check attendees in by selecting their names from the attendee list.
- Session Attendance: Track attendance for individual sessions, with options to view and manage session-specific attendance records.
- Registration Summary: Access registrants' event selections and preferences to provide personalized attendee support.
CEU Tracking
For events offering Continuing Education Units (CEUs), Chamber Nation allows admins to:
- Track CEU Attendance: Monitor which registrants attend sessions eligible for CEUs.
- Transcript Emailing: Email CEU transcripts directly to attendees who have completed qualifying sessions, ensuring they receive documentation for their professional development.
