Implementation Process

Step One


If you currently have a website we will convert your website into a state-of-the-art website infrastructure called a “content management system.”

Once we populate it with all of your current website information you will find the new system very easy to manage.

The latest "Drag & Drop" technology is used throughout the website editor making it easy to manage, while providing a professional appearance.

Step Two

The next phase is to integrate your new member management system into the website. This allows most functions to become fully automated and easily updated from a centralized dashboard.

This advanced dashboard may be accessed through a mobile phone and from any Internet connected computer running windows, MacOS or Linux.

Once this phase is completed visitors to your website will be able to:
  • Join your organization online and pay with a credit card or check
  • View the calendar of events, register and pay for events using their credit card
  • Submit their events for your calendar with your approval online
  • View the membership directory and sort results by name, category and more
  • Search the member directory for business or organization information
  • View members by map using the integrated Google® mapping system
  • Interact with web-forms for the ultimate in data collection simplicity
  • Register to receive mailings and other membership organization information

Step Three

Now that we have connected your existing or new website with a robust membership management system, your staff can do the following tasks from a central online dashboard:
  • Accept current membership information in current format and upload into the system or enter the data on current members through the MMS interface
  • Add/Edit membership records and view member statements showing their participation in the organization over their term of membership
  • Automate membership billing and use interface to create the information you may also want to track in systems such as QuickBooks®
  • Automate non-dues revenue coming in from sponsors or advertisers
