What is Dedicated Chamber Assistance?
Your Premium Membership includes a dedicated virtual chamber assistant (CA). You'll work with your CA on a one-to-one basis, continually submitting tasks directly to this person via text messaging. Your CA will grow to know you, your work, and your display preferences.
Where will my CA be located?
All of our CAs are located in the United States and you'll work with an assistant that is assigned to your Chamber of Commerce.
What is the Branded Chamber Email feature?
Branded Email is a little addition that makes it possible to have an email address for your business that clearly shows that you are a reputable business and belong to the Chamber of Commerce.
Your CA will be happy to make your Branded.Email address part of your new business presentation.
Will my CA be working on the weekend?
Our CAs work standard business hours, Monday through Friday. You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend, and your CA will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them.
Will my CA be working on holidays?
Chamber Assistants observe major US holidays. Your Chamber Assistant will be offline and spending quality time with family and friends on these occasions:
How about in-bound phone calls?
Yes and no. Every CA has a dedicated extension available for you to call to submit tasks (or just to check stats, etc.). However, this line is available for your convenience. Your CA cannot accept calls from other individuals or service providers on your behalf.
Can my CA edit and format my online presentation for me?
They sure can. Your CA can use our unique DisplayedRight technology to format and edit your online business presentation.
Can my CA work with social networking tools?
All of our CAs go through our training and readiness reviews so that they can best serve you from day one. While we do not post on your social networks for you, the system we do provide will automatically update your FB catalog, twitter, mobile app, and more.
Your CA will be happy to provide guidance and setup services to be sure all of these channels are working.
Can my CA offer educational services?
If you are a Premium Member at the PRO LEVEL,, advanced educational resources are made available to you. Your Chamber Assistant can offer guidance on which classes may be best for you and also provide the codes needed to access this professional service.
Can my CA do design work for me?
They can, and often rely on our internal design services team. Typical services are included with your Premium Membership Plan.
If you need support beyond what is provided with your Premium Membership (which is unlikely), your CA can certainly research and see what design services might be required.
How about video or audio editing?
Much like design work, audio and video editing requires domain expertise which your CA will not be able to provide. If you're in a pinch to find a good editor though, your CA will gladly try to hunt down the best one for you!
How Can I Participate?
Simply ask your Chamber of Commerce to upgrade your membership to premium and, once they do, you will get a call from a Chamber Assistant to get started.
